The project is entitled UPCASE (User platform and collaborative Applications for the social Economy Sector)

Different tools will be webbased. We want to build an architecture which enables each association to use the tools without having to upset their current system.

Choice of technologies :
- Apache (web server)
- mySOL (database)
- PHP (script language)
